Will I get a phone number with every eSIM plan?
Most travel plans are data-only. For destinations that support voice and text, select Data + Voice + SMS plans in the plan filter.
Can I use hotspot/tethering with eSIM plans?
Hotspot availability depends on the specific plan and network rules in that destination. Check the plan details before checkout.
Device compatibility and setup
How do I know if my phone supports eSIM?
Most recent iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, and flagship Android models support eSIM. Confirm your model and carrier-unlocked status in device settings before purchase.
When should I install my eSIM for travel?
Install while you have stable Wi-Fi, ideally before departure. Activate the line when you arrive, based on your travel timing and plan validity.
Can I install one eSIM on multiple devices?
No. A purchased profile is generally bound to one device during activation. If you need another device, purchase an additional eSIM.
Plan validity and usage
When does plan validity start?
Validity starts when activation is triggered per provider rules (often first network connection in destination). Review details on each plan before checkout.
What happens if I run out of data?
You can purchase another plan from the same destination or region. Your account and order history let you quickly buy again.
Do regional plans work across multiple countries?
Yes, regional plans are designed for multi-country trips inside supported areas. Coverage lists vary by plan and should be checked before buying.
Payments, refunds, and orders
Which payment methods are supported?
We support card checkout through Stripe and PayPal. Availability of specific wallet methods depends on browser and environment.
Can I get a refund if my plan is unused?
Eligible refunds are reviewed according to our refund policy and provider constraints. Submit requests on the Refund Policy page with your order ID.
How do I track order status after payment?
Go to My Orders to track payment and eSIM fulfillment status. Updates are synced as provider events arrive.
